1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 24 Hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and invoice.
- Products must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- A Valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are not accepted for items marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-returnable”, or “Clearance”.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used gym shakers
- Damages due to misuse/ incorrect use of product
- Any consumable item, which has been used or installed
- Personal hygiene or fitness products once unsealed
- Combos sold won’t be taken back/ returned as individual units or Gift cards or promotional items etc.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at laxnr.gs@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images (if applicable).
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Ship the item to the return address provided, using a trackable courier service.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund through bank transfer or store credit (as applicable).
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at laxnr.gs@gmail.com.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
